Skeppsmalen - Umeå, 15 July 2016

Skeppsmalen is a small fishing harbour that is dying slowly, as the land around is moving-up and the harbour drying-up. 8 mm per year, that is almost one meter in a century!

Still a very active fishing place.



A small chapel as in all these fishermen villages, with the key on the top right of the door.





On the way north, we tested for the first time the code 0 of Belisama. Very nice! And effective, able to go up to 60° from true wind.

Looks like an arcus cloud (alias rotor cloud or roll cloud) but I am not sure...
