The weather changed, dramatically! We started the week with the normal summer wind orientation in Croatia, which results in very predictable winds all day long, and ended it under the Jugo influence, bringing rain, thunder, humidity and waves all over the Adriatic! Jugo is the Croatian name of the Sirocco. Look back at my postings on Croatian winds here and there to further understand what I am talking about...

The night in Lastovo was very nice with no winds after 21:00 until 6 in the morning. We woke up 7:00 to benefit from the land breathe still active and that would push us to our next destination.
Next destination was Pakleni archipelago, South-West of Lastovo. The 33 nm sailing ride took us 7 hours, under spinnaker, with two jibes on the way. The crew was delighted to have so much practice, and I should admit I am delighted to have so much enthusiastic crew!
